Abstract
<jats:p>The textbook describes both the general state of legal regulation of land relations and modern legislative support for land management, cadastral activities, cadastral registration of real estate and registration of rights to them. The key provisions related to land rights, their implementation and protection, and bringing to justice for land offenses are disclosed.
