Abstract

<jats:p>The monograph explores the transformation of the hotel business under the influence of AI technologies. Key technologies are considered: chatbots, dynamic pricing systems, predictive analytics and automation of routine operations. Special attention is paid to the impact of artificial intelligence on the quality of service, optimization of business processes and staff adaptation to new digital realities. Using the example of leading Russian and international hotels, real cases of the introduction of intelligent systems, their effectiveness and emerging organizational challenges are demonstrated. The publication is aimed at managers of hotel companies, HR specialists, researchers in the field of hospitality and digital technologies, as well as students of specialized fields.</jats:p>
