Abstract

<jats:p>The textbook has been prepared on the basis of current international legal acts and the federal legislation of the Russian Federation as of July 1, 2025. The article highlights the theoretical foundations and main institutions of international cooperation in the field of combating crime as a sub-branch of international public law, as well as ways to implement the provisions of international acts into Russian legislation. Practical aspects of international cooperation in the field of criminal justice, the activities of international law enforcement organizations, general conditions and forms of international legal assistance in criminal matters are considered. Meets the requirements of the latest generation of federal state educational standards for higher education. It is intended for students enrolled in the Law program, graduate students and doctoral students in the scientific specialty "Criminal Law Sciences", teachers of law schools and faculties, as well as cadets and trainees undergoing training in the areas of Law and Order and Law Enforcement and National Security. It is recommended for study as a specialized training course taught during the professional development of interrogators, investigators and prosecutors. It may be of interest to researchers, as well as experts and specialists dealing with the problems of legal regulation of international cooperation in the field of combating crime.</jats:p>
