Abstract
<jats:p>Improving the teaching methods of engineering pedagogy was the response of higher education to modern challenges related not only to the increasing complexity of production technologies under the influence of digitalization, but also to the task of achieving and strengthening the technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation. Innovations in the teaching methodology of engineering pedagogy are designed to help undergraduates and postgraduates studying at higher educational institutions solve the problem of deciphering the causes of the growing interdependence of man and machine, including artificial intelligence, and affirming the leadership role of people in this interdependence, which requires special attention to social conditions and pedagogical methods to support engineering ideas and their embodiments. Meets the requirements of the latest generation of federal state educational standards for higher education. For teachers of higher education, as well as for students conducting research at innovative teaching sites and participating in the training of engineering personnel.</jats:p>
