Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph is devoted to the field of intellectual property in the cultural and humanitarian understanding. The paper expands the understanding of intellectual property through the prism of culture. Each of the chapters of the work examines the phenomenon from a certain perspective, which together allows us to holistically reflect the complex and multifaceted phenomena of intellectual property culture. The paper presents the dynamics of intellectual property culture from a historical perspective and suggests a new periodization of its development. The possibilities of integrating patent law objects in the field of technology and design into creative industries, culture and art as a new relationship between creativity and economic benefits, as well as the advantages of patent information as a source of semantic content for socio-cultural projects are considered. The article presents practices on the formation of an intellectual property culture in Russia and foreign countries, which make it possible to form a society that is responsible for the results of intellectual activity, which, in turn, forms an innovative state through the emerging cultural and social demand.
