Abstract

<jats:p>The textbook is intended to introduce the reader to the philosophical thought of India and China. It examines in detail various aspects and approaches to philosophy in these cultures, as well as their impact on the development of world philosophical thought. The key philosophical systems, their methods, views on being and cognition, as well as their place in society and culture are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the comparison of Indian and Chinese philosophy, revealing their unique features and similarities.
