Abstract
<jats:p>The Criminal Procedure workshop is dedicated to developing students' knowledge of the concepts and categories used in the criminal process; the procedure for criminal procedural activities; the legal status of participants in criminal proceedings; and criminal procedural documents. The assignments deepen students' knowledge of issues related to the essence, purpose of the criminal process, the structure of the norms of the criminal procedure law, the principles of criminal procedure, participants in criminal proceedings, procedural deadlines, costs and documents, evidence and the process of proving at the stage of preliminary investigation, measures of procedural coercion, petitions, complaints and rehabilitation, stages of pre-trial proceedings, investigative actions, the involvement of a person as an accused, the suspension of the preliminary investigation, the end of the preliminary investigation and inquiry. It can be used as additional material in the study of the discipline "Criminal procedure" in the specialty 40.05.02 Law enforcement, 40.03.01 Jurisprudence.</jats:p>
