Abstract

The monograph examines the theoretical and legal issues of the use of information recording tools in arbitration proceedings, such as: audio protocol, video protocol, electronic protocol, document camera, video conferencing, web conference. The study of information recording tools is based on a comprehensive analysis of the norms of arbitration procedural law, related branches and judicial acts of arbitration courts of the Russian Federation, as well as the norms of legislation of foreign states. The use of innovative means is impossible without taking into account the openness, accessibility, transparency of justice, as well as the technical component. But their introduction into the arbitration process without taking into account the procedural form will not allow the court to make a lawful decision. It is intended for a wide range of readers, including legal scholars, teachers, graduate students and students of specialized higher educational institutions, as well as practitioners and anyone interested in current issues of modern arbitration proceedings.
