Abstract

<jats:p>The educational and methodological complex of the discipline "Awards in Domestic and Foreign Policy: Comparative Legal Analysis" The educational and methodological complex complies with the Federal State Educational Standard and the curriculum of Moscow State University in the areas of training "Political Science" and "Conflictology". The educational and methodological complex was developed in accordance with the educational standard (OS MSU) independently established by Moscow State University for the implemented basic professional educational programs of higher education in the direction of training / specialty "41.03.04 - Political Science", implemented consistently according to the integrated training scheme as amended by the order of Moscow State University dated June 24, 2019, taking into account the amendments of May 19, 2023. The goals and objectives of the course are set out; requirements for the level of mastering the discipline; the content of the lecture course and test questions for independent work of students in sections and topics; appendices to the educational and methodological complex, allowing you to study the features of the discipline. Mastering the course "Awards in Domestic and Foreign Policy: Comparative Legal Analysis" allows you to obtain generalized and systematized knowledge about the basics of award law and award policy in Russia and foreign countries, forming in students the competencies necessary for self-realization in the most significant areas of professional and social activity. The course reveals the features of award systems at various stages of the development of the Russian state, gives an idea of the awards of the states of the post-Soviet space and other countries of the world, and also identifies the mutual connections of the award, legal and political systems of modern states.</jats:p>
