Abstract
<jats:p>This monographic study contains a critical generalization of the problem of sovereign statehood in the light of the interdisciplinary systemic-organic approach. The author reveals the essence and content of the category of "sovereign statehood" as a key factor in the state and legal system of ensuring the life of the Russian Federation in the context of the formation of a new world order. In general, the results of the interdisciplinary study are aimed at identifying the patterns of social theory and practice that contribute to the acquisition of genuine independence and self-sufficiency of Russian statehood, the preservation of the civilizational foundations of the multinational Russian society. The book is intended for students, postgraduates and specialists studying social, political and humanitarian sciences, for all those interested in the theory and practice of state studies.</jats:p>
