<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>This study aims to explore the impact of applying the kaizen costing approach on profitability in modern organizations, aiming to improve their position and competitiveness by following the appropriate means to achieve the improvement process in their activities. To achieve this goal, the study relied on the descriptive method by reviewing the theoretical literature and trying to link the study variables with each other. The study found that there is a strong impact of applying the kaizen cost approach on the profitability of organizations. Additionally, there is a strong impact of applying continuous improvement in productivity and product quality on profitability with the necessity of conducting courses for employees in the organization to recognize the importance of applying the kaizen cost approach to keep pace with the changes and developments surrounding the business environment.</jats:p>
