<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>Renovación [renewal], a continuous process of renewal and growth, is essential for Latinas in education. Continued renovation in taking and giving advice is vital, as it fosters growth, resilience, and empowerment. By constantly refining our perspectives and adapting to new insights, we can better serve our communities and uplift others. This involves embracing our cultural heritage while breaking barriers, leading with wisdom, courage, and authenticity. As lifelong learners, we must actively apply knowledge to create something tangible and meaningful. Leading with strength means staying true to ourselves while continuously evolving, honoring our values and cultural heritage. But with this strength comes a responsibility to pass the torch. We carry the responsibility to mentor and uplift others, especially the next generation of Latinas, honoring our cultural traditions while paving the way for innovation and progress.</jats:p>
