Abstract

Considering the growing complexity and instability of the working environment, it is inevitable that the organisational landscape will undergo rapid change. No company or employee can escape the swift pace of change, a harsh reality that cannot be ignored. It is becoming increasingly vital to focus on the well-being and mental health of employees to ensure the success of an organisation in the current situation, which involves integrating machines and humans into the workforce. The term ‘employee wellness’ encompasses a broader range of aspects, including the quality of work life, job satisfaction, and the mental and emotional health of workers. To fully understand the significance of mental health and well-being in CSR activities and human resource management (HRM) initiatives, this comprehension is essential. A bibliometric analysis is performed in this study using the R package. The purpose of this analysis is to examine the contributions made by researchers and to establish connections between authors, sources, keywords, and nations. This study analyses 358 scholarly research articles published on the PUBMED website between 2015 and 2025. According to the findings, there has been very limited research conducted on the topic of how artificial intelligence (AI) impacts the mental health and well-being of workers.
