Abstract

<jats:p>Osteoarticular tuberculosis is a rare but serious form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis that often presents with nonspecific symptoms, leading to delayed diagnosis and increased risk of joint destruction. We report a case of knee tuberculosis in an immunocompetent patient, underscoring the diagnostic challenges and emphasizing the role of molecular techniques in the early management of this uncommon form of tuberculosis.</jats:p>
