<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>This chapter provides a comprehensive overview of spinal vascular lesions, addressing their classification, clinical features, imaging, and interventional management. The main entities covered include spinal dural and epidural arteriovenous fistulas, intramedullary and perimedullary arteriovenous malformations, metameric syndromes, vertebro-venous fistulas, spinal aneurysms, and vascular tumours. Each lesion type is described in terms of anatomy, pathophysiology, typical presentation, and diagnostic strategies, including magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography angiography, and digital subtraction angiography. The chapter outlines endovascular techniques for treatment, detailing indications, contraindications, technical considerations, and complications. Specific attention is given to embolisation strategies using various agents, catheter techniques, and postprocedural care.</jats:p>
