Abstract

Abstract
Well-being programs designed to increase wellness, resilience, and contentment are important for health care organizations to implement. They accomplish more when executed together and nurtured in a work ecosystem. Sponsoring programs to bolster individual well-being and encouraging health care professionals to take advantage of the programs are important pieces to place in the professional well-being puzzle of a people-centered organization. When individual well-being is bolstered, professionals are more fulfilled, have greater meaning and purpose in work, and are better able to tolerate negativity.
