Electroactive Polymer Composites

<jats:p>Based on their ability to react to electrical stimuli, electroactive polymer composites are responsive materials with a wide range of applications. They have been used to develop sophisticated biomedical technologies, flexible electronics, sensitive sensors, soft robotics, and efficient energy devices. The types of electroactive polymer composites, their mechanisms, and their corresponding uses are covered in this chapter. Additionally, possibilities for composite design and production are presented, together with the main challenges and prospects for future developments.</jats:p>
